Knowing Their Names

At our auto shop, we try to only get the best. However, that’s hard because we’re such a small shop. We have very nice equipment for what we can afford, and our clients are never unhappy with our service. They especially like the fact that we know them all by name. But that’s not just because we recognize them. Sometimes I get stuck on a name and I just can’t remember it. Of course, I cheat a little bit by checking the auto shop software for the car details, which include the owner’s name. That helps. Luckily I haven’t been caught yet.
