Solo Toaster Oven Meals

I impulsively bought a toaster oven when I was grocery shopping yesterday. It’s a bad habit, but the food that the demonstrator was pulling out of the toaster oven smelled so good! When I got home, I looked up the toaster ovens ratings on my particular toaster oven, and was gratified to find that I hadn’t bought a lemon. Having a toaster oven will encourage me to have breakfast, which is good, seeing as how I’m not a big breakfast person. Since I usually cook for just myself, the size of the toaster oven is perfect for making small, quick meals like potpies and even grilled fish!
