The No Credit Mastercard Self Payment Plan

My brother is always buying something for his house or his car. I asked him how he could afford all these things without going broke. He said that he is very careful and has a great plan so that he does not exceed his budget each month. I asked him how he could do that and that is when he told me about his No Credit Mastercard that he applied for online. He said it is like a savings account where he puts money on the card and when he pays for something it is deducted from the account. This way he never spends more that he can afford in one month.
