One can sign up for free to be a member or purchase ventures you do not have to think of the hassle of membership fees anymore. You are paid for surfing or viewing websites. One thing good about this is recruitment is not required to make you earn. You are responsbile for your own results. However, you are stil allowed to recruit and you earn additional commissions for that. Ad-Ventures also allow you to advertise your website in their traffic exchange.
