Help With Business Plan

I would like to find the best business plan guide that can help me write a bsuiness plan for a coffee shop. I have found the perfect little building for rent. It is all brick so it has lots of character and it is close to the college campus in our town. I saw a For Lease sign go up last week, and I’ve been thinking hard about it ever since. The only problem is that I have never started a business before and I don’t how to write a business plan. I will probably need to get a bank loan to buy some of the equipment and furnishings, so I’ve been told to have a business plan ready.
